Hyerin Choi

Hyerin Choi is the director of HC Immigration Inc. which provides a comprehensive range of professional services and legal advice for clients’ immigration needs. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). She has been working in the Canadian immigration consulting field since 2013.

With expertise in a variety of areas pertaining to Canadian immigration matters, Hyerin Choi represents her clients in all aspects with regards to applications for permanent residence or temporary residence in Canada. Her areas of immigration practice are primarily focused but not limited to the economic and family classes, specifically Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), and family sponsorships. She also offers Canadian employers advice and representation for the preparation and submission of Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to Service Canada and helps international students obtain their study permits and/or post graduate work permits.

Hyerin Choi received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Ewha Womans University and completed a master’s course in sociology at Yonsei University in South Korea. Hyerin Choi was herself an international student and a foreign worker prior to gaining her permanent residency in Canada and becoming an immigration consultant, which allows her to understand and sympathize with clients as they go through the immigration process.
